Dave Arden (Pastor)

Dave, a graduate of Baylor University, served as a pastor for ten years in Texas before moving west to Cottonwood, AZ. River Community Fellowship is his first church plant. Dave is a people person and is constantly busy in the lives of those inside and outside the church. His family consists of wife Becky and two daughters, Hope and Brook. Becky is a second grade teacher at a local elementary school.

Terry Witte (Elder)

Terri has been a Christian for over thirty years and has served in several churches in Sedona, Scottsdale and Cottonwood, before catching the same vision that Pastor Dave had for reaching out to the people of the Verde Valley. Terri is a gifted Bible teacher who teaches a Wednesday night home study and counsels couples and disciples men on an ongoing basis.

Ed Behrens (Elder)

Ed moved to Cottonwood with wife Kathy from Washington State in the summer of 2005. Ed has served as an Elder, Christian School Principal and Church Administrator in his thirty plus years as a believer. Ed was introduced to the River by his neighbor and was encouraged by the work God was doing there. Ed leads the Sunday morning adult Bible study, and is involved part time as church administrator.

Jeff Christensen (Elder)

Jeff and wife Maria are long-time Verde Valley residents. Jeff has served as an elder and board member at churches in both Sedona and Cottonwood. Jeff is currently involved with the youth group, and Maria heads the church Ladies Ministry.

Kent Mason (Worship Leader, Elder)

Kent Mason and his wife Lou are the newest members of the River ministry team. Kent has been a worship leader for over fifteen years, at churches in Texas and Arizona. Wife Lou is a co-director at House of Ruth, a crisis pregnancy center in Cottonwwod. Kent leads a Thursday night home study and Lou leads a Tuesday night women's study in Camp Verde.

Danni Tilman (Administrative Assistant)

Danni is a Verde Valley native, and along with husband Mike have one son in the Seattle area and three daughters in California and Arizona. Danni has a warm, friendly personality, and is very artistic and detail oriented, qualities that make her a great assistant
